Event narrative

The Pond Fork drainage from Wharton thru Bob White, Van, and Quinland, on toward Madison was hit hard. Route 85 was flooded and damaged. American Red Cross surveyed 46 mobile homes destroyed and 8 single family dwellings destroyed. State officials surveyed 10 to 15 businesses damaged.
