83 mph wind gust occurred at Ingleside and relayed by local news station. TCOON site just south of Ingleside reported peak gust of 48 knots. Winds caused a 400-foot barge to break loose and drift across the ship channel. 31 workers on the barge were blown off into the bay, however no injuries or fatalities were reported. A 200-ton crane fell off the barge forcing a shutdown of the Intracoastal Waterway.
