A citizen reported a waterspout a mile south of El Conquistador Hotel in Fajardo.

Wider weather episode

A TUTT and associated mid level trough moved across the area for few days. Satellite images and Doppler radar showed patches of shallow low to mid level moisture embedded in the easterly trades transporting isolated showers across eastern part of the island.
