A thunderstorm complex moved across east-central Wisconsin, the Bay of Green Bay and Lake Michigan on the morning of the 4th. The storms produced strong winds over the Bay of Green Bay and the nearshore waters of Lake Michigan. The Green Bay harbor entrance light reported a gust to 56 knots at a height of 80 feet above the water.
