Heavy snow occurred as upslope conditions developed, in and near the Front Range Foothills and Palmer Divide, as the second storm system moved across southern Colorado. Snowfall totals included: 18 inches, 7 miles southwest of Boulder, 17 inches, 10 miles northwest of Blackforest, 8 miles west of Conifer and Intercanyon, 15 inches at Rough and Tumble, 13 inches, 12 miles southwest of Hartsel, 12 inches, 7 miles northwest of Conifer, 10.5 inches at Echo Lake, 10 inches, 3 miles north of Blackhawk, 9 inches at Castle Rock, 2 miles northwest of Fairplay and 5 miles southwest of Sedalia and 6.5 inches, 1 mile southwest of Lonetree.
