Surfline reported 4 to 7 foot surf at Huntington Beach and Newport Beach. Higher surf of 5 to 10 feet was reported at the Wedge, near Newport Beach.

Wider weather episode

A 4 to 5 foot south swell with 12 second period moved through the coastal waters, resulting in surf above 7 feet along Orange County Beaches. Smaller, but still elevated surf was noted along San Diego County Beaches as well.
