The combination of wind gusts to around 45 mph (measured at the Philadelphia International Airport) and heavy rain knocked down one tree onto two moving vehicles and one parked vehicle in Yeadon Borough. Eight people suffered minor injuries including four children. One person needed the assistance of emergency personnel to be freed from the trapped vehicle.
