A waterspout was observed just offshore of the Maunabo coast.

Wider weather episode

Showers with isolated thunderstorms developed in the afternoon over the southwestern Puerto Rico. Most of the showers and thunderstorms moved over the Mona Passage. Rainfall accumulations of one inch were reported in some areas. Passing showers continued moving across the north and northeast sectors of PR.
