Event narrative

Heavy rain caused flooding of numerous roads in the towns of Addison, Campbell, and Thurston. A trailer park flooded starting at 3:40 PM in Addison. The park was on the corner of the County Route 119 and County Route 2. Rainfall amounts were 2 to 4 inches.
