By 6 PM, 4.3" of rain in Penn Twp. Harmony and Jackson townships hardest hit. Part of Monroe Rd in Buffalo Twp washed out. Total of 588 structures damaged or destroyed. Record flooding along Connoquenessing Creek. Zelienople crested at 18.17 ft (previous record 16.66) Total rain: 6.1" at Butler Jr High School, 5.4" in Sarvar. (IVAN)
