A strong Pacific Storm System dumped 12 to 16 inches across the higher terrain of central Wyoming. Lower elevations received 4 to 8 inches of snow. In Sweetwater County, very strong winds closed several federal and state highways as significant areas of blowing and drifting snow created white-out conditions.
