A winter storm moved through central and south central Washington leading to heavy snow amounts. All of the heavy snow totals from the event occurred in a 12 hour time frame or less. Snow amounts included 4 inches near Thorp in the Kittitas Valley, 4-5 inches near Grandview in the Yakima Valley, and 5 inches near Prosser in the Lower Columbia Basin, and 3-4 inches near Dallesport.
