An Off-Duty NWS employee reported a Waterspout extending half way down from cloud base, 14 miles southeast of Big Coppitt Key.

Wider weather episode

A persistent cumulus cloud line remained just south of the Lower Keys during the morning hours. Multiple water spouts were observed to grow out of the dark flat bases of these cloud lines.
