High winds resulted in several downed tree branches and power lines, resulting in widespread power outages.

The wider storm

A 983mb low pressure system approached from the Southwest and moved north along the Central Oregon Coast before making landfall near Gray's Harbor, Washington. This low resulted in Gusty winds for the coast and coast range as well as damaging winds across the Willamette Valley.
