Four inches of snow was reported in Waterville, WA.

A moist southerly flow overran cold air trapped against the Cascade Mountains and brought heavy snow accumulations to portions of North Central Washington. At the lowest elevation near the Columbia river 2 to 4 inches of snow was common. On the higher terrain near the river 4 to 6 inches occurred. In the Cascades 7 to 13 inches of snow was reported.
