Event narrative

Heavy rainfall fell in the Brown's Park basin lead to flash flooding in the John Jarvie Ranch and Red Creek areas. Over ten miles of paved and dirt roads were damaged with many washed out sections. A coffer dam failed, and water over two feet deep flowed across one road. The normally small Red Creek became a raging river.
