Numerous reports of 6 to 8 inches of snow were received from trained spotters.

Wider weather episode

A slow moving warm front focused lift and moisture across Southeastern Oregon and Southwest Idaho resulting in heavy snow across the area. As much as 9 inches fell in the Treasure Valley and over a foot was reported in the Boise Mountains from the afternoon of the 13th through the 14th.
