Event narrative

Between 5:00 and 6:30 PM, nearly 3 to 5 inches of rain fell over the Columbus area. This intense amount of rain resulted in widespread flash flooding across the Columbus area. Many roads and area streets were under water. This high water resulted in a few dozen homes and several businesses flooded with several feet of water entering homes and buildings.
