A pilot reported a waterspout across the north and northwestern coastal water of Saint Thomas.

The wider storm

A deep layer low pressure was moving northwest across the Caribbean waters and induced a south southeast wind flow that combined with available moisture to produce waterspouts across the area.

Began near Red Hook St Thomas (18.3200, -64.8500).
