Event narrative

Strong winds from nearby thunderstorms caused blowing dust which reduced visibility at several locations. A trained spotter 11 miles east northeast of the Town of Bisbee reported visibilities of 40 to 50 yards along Double Adobe Road. Law enforcement reported zero visibility at the San Simon Port of Entry along Interstate 10.
