Runoff from heavy rain caused Skyrocket Creek to overflow along the Vista Terrace Subdivision in Ouray. Rocks, gravel, debris and mud were cleared to maintain the water flow through a culvert under Highway 550. Heavy rainfall also forced the closure of the road leading to Imogene Pass.
