Spotters reported 8 inches of snow at Easton and 11 inches of snow at Lake Kachess.

Wider weather episode

A low pressure area moving north of Oregon brought moist air on top of a shallow cold pool resulting in 4 to 5 inches of snow in the Toppenish and Ellensburg area and 8 to 10 inches of snow in the Easton area.
