A 72 yr. old Linton resident died due to exposure. Authorities say the man accidently backed his pickup into a creek. He then waded in 3 ft. of ice cold water to a point about 30 ft. from the vehicle where he was able to get back to shore. He was able to walk back to the gravel road before he succumbed to the cold. Lows that morning were in the teens above zero with estimated winds from 10 to 15 mph.
