Weather spotter reported a couple of waterspouts just offshore of the Central Coast, between Cambria and Cayucos.

A cold upper level low pressure system brought widespread thunderstorm activity to the coastal waters of Central and Southern California. There were several reports of waterspouts and funnel clouds across the coastal waters.
