The wider storm

A cool, unstable airmass and an upper level disturbance produced scattered convective showers over western Oregon. A funnel cloud was reported by a weather spotter near Corvallis. The funnel cloud lasted only briefly and formed 2 to 3 miles northwest of Corvallis.
