A waterspout was reported just offshore WNW of Reedsport Oregon. It lasted around 5 minutes and remained offshore through its life. A member of the public took a picture and reported it to KOIN in Portland. From there WFO Portland heard about it and relayed the report to WFO MFR.

A waterspout developed off the coast of southern Oregon near Reedsport. The spout remained offshore and lasted around 5 minutes.

Began near Reedsport (43.7400, -124.2000).
