Continuous thunderstorm development throughout the afternoon over the Uinta Mountain range caused a flash flooding event to occur. In extreme northwest Daggett county, the Birch Creek flooded during the early evening hours. A dirt road was washed out and several campers had to be evacuated. There were no representative precipitation reports for this event.
