Civil Defense reported that river Rio Coamo in Santa Isabel was overflowing its banks. Highway 545 was flooded and closed off the Paso Seco sector. Flooding was mostly due to runoff according to Civil Defense. Highway 536 was reported with flooding problems and river Rio Descalabrado was reported rising.
