Ponce police informed at 2150 AST that road 1 near the airport was flooded...stalled vehicles were also reported. Civil Defense indicated several rivers were out of their banks in the municipalities of Ponce, Penuelas, Villalba, Juana Diaz, Coamo and Santa Isabel.
