Civil Defense reported thunderstorm, mudslides, and high river levels in Lares. Frequent lightning, downed trees, more than one inch of rain. Road 470 was reported impassable due to downed trees. River Culebrinas level was reported rising at San Sebastian. Lares Civil Defense reported that River Guajataca was out of its banks. Several small streams were also out of their banks like Quebrada Anon, De Los Muertos, Del Puente del Caballito, and Monte Bello. Four inches of rainfall were reported during the last hour. Mudslides on road 436. On road 128, km. 40.6 a house slid down hill.
