A 41 yr. old man drowned when his pickup was blown into a slough. The man was driving along highway 200 near Hurdsfield when he came to a low spot on the highway with bodies of water on either side of the highway. Strong north winds up to 45 mph blew water across the road, which made the road icy. When the man hit the icy spot, his truck was blown into 15 feet of water on the south side of the road. The victim drowned after crawling out of the window of his truck before it completely submerged.
