Several roads and streets along interior Puerto Rico were reported impassable due to flooding of small streams. Also, La Plata Dam gates were opened earlier and the river level rose steadily for several hours, posing a flood threat to the municipalities of Toa Alta, Toa Baja, and Dorado.
