The wider storm

Civil Defense reported flooding in the Gurabo and Caguas area. At 2300 AST some houses in Caguas were reported flooded with 3-4 feet of water. Landslides were reported in Caguas, Guayama, and Canovanas. The rains continued overnight in the Caguas Gurabo area.
