A fast moving cold front left local heavy snowfall in Utah's mountains. Amounts in the mountains ranged from 8-14 inches. The Brighton ski resort measured 14 inches in the north, while Brianhead had 11 inches in southwest Utah. Aside from some minor fender-benders, no significant damage was reported.
