Strong High Pressure over Far East Russia and cold air moving south over the West Coast of Alaska produced strong winds at Tin City, possibly at Wales. Winds of criteria were not acheived at Gambell or Savoonga. Tin City: sustained 42 kts, gust 44 kts.
