Strong winds combined with snow to create whiteout conditions in south central Wyoming. Highway 287 was closed north of Rawlins by 700 PM due to blowing and drifting snow. Sustained winds were 40 to 45 MPH with a gust to 63 MPH at Rawlins at 950 PM.
