Dispatch personnel reported lots of freezing rain in both Newport and Parrottsville making roads slick. Estimated ice accumulations around one-tenth of an inch.

Wider weather episode

For the second time this month conditions were for both for up to 1/2 inch of freezing rain and snow up to 8 inches. Driving on area roads was dangerous.
