The wider storm

Thunderstorms that extended from west interior Puerto Rico and from Rincon to Barceloneta produced heavy rains over the municipalities of Ciales, Jayuya, and Orocovis. Around 5.50 inches of rain were reported for Ciales by the rain spotters.
