One person was killed in a two vehicle crash that occurred on icy roads south of Dorchester (Clark County). Light freezing rain fell for a short period during the morning of March 29th and created the icy roads. The driver that was killed, lost control and spun into the path of an oncoming vehicle. Three other people sustained non-live threatening injuries in the crash.
