With the frontal passage, winds gusted to 60 mph in Spring Creek at 500 pm PDT causing damage to sheds and outbuildings. In addition, many yard objects were sent airborne in the high winds. Later in the evening as the front approached the Utah border, winds gusted to 54 mph at Wendover airport causing a Department of Defense transport truck to overturn on Interstate 80 just west of West Wendover, injuring the driver.
