Event narrative

Heavy rainfall caused numerous roads to be closed. Also, Mill Creek overflowed its banks near Sharonville and Evandale. Many areas businesses received major damage due to the flood waters.

Wider weather episode

A warm front remained across southwestern Ohio through the overnight hours providing the focus for thunderstorms which produced 2-4 inches of rain in 6-8 hours.
