During the night of April 14 moisture wrapping around a low pressure system over Utah collided with the Central Mountains of Idaho producing 3 to 6 inches of snow with local accumulations of 8 to 12 inches. In Lemhi County Baker reported 8 inches and higher elevation remote stations reported up to 12 inches of snow. Salmon received 6 inches. In the West Central Mountains, Council reported 7 inches.
