POWER LINES BLOWN DOWN IN WEST RAPID CITY

Wider weather episode

Heavy rain over the northern and central Black Hills, and the northern and central foothills caused some area creeks to rise out of their banks and resulted in some low land flooding. Some roads were closed in the Deadwood area. Strong winds were also associated with the precipitation in Northwest and Western South Dakota.
