Victim was found by neighbors in the afternoon of the 28th. She had been deceased for a day or two, so the exact time and date of death is unknown. She lived in a low-income, high crime area and lived on a fixed income. She was afraid she could not pay her electric bill, and because of the nieghborhood she lived in, did not turn on her air conditioning and kept all windows closed. NWSO Morristown had issued several statements concering the high heat in the area during this time.
