Strong winds gusting across San Diego Bay and the nearshore coastal waters caused two sail boats to be blown aground and capsized a 27 foot commercial fishing vessel. Four other boats required assistance from the Coast Guard. Mariners reported wind gusts near 40 knots during the period.
