The next strong Pacific storm caused high winds along the coast and in a few parts of the Willamette valley. Highest winds were reported around 1 am on the 25th, including a gust to 63 mph Astoria airport, and a gust to 68 mph at Clatsop Spit, and gust to 65 mph in Cannon Beach, all in Clatsop county, sustained winds 50 mph gusting to 86 mph in Netarts in Tillamook county, and sustained winds 42 mph gusting to 62 mph in Newport in Lincoln county. A spotter in Cornelius, in Washington county, reported a gust to 56 mph at 105 am. Scattered power outages and reports of downed trees were received.
