A Christmas Eve storm brought snow, freezing rain, and cold temperatures to northeast Oregon. Icy roads were to blame for a vehicle roll over on Interstate 84 in Pendleton. Up to six inches of snow fell in the mountains and up to an inch of snow fell at the lowest elevations. Temperatures were around 20 degrees.
