A low pressure center and its associated frontal system moved northeast across the Bering Sea and dissipated in the Chukchi Sea early the morning of the 12th. Blizzard conditions occurred at:Zone 3: Kotzebue, Point Hope, Kivalina, Selawik.Zone 6: Golovin, Nome (close).Zone 9: Gambell, Savoonga.
