Tuolumne Meadows in Yosemite National Park received 16 inches of snow overnight. Snow was reported down to the 3000 foot elevation but amounts at the lower elevations were reported only at 1-3 inches. Gusty wind followed the frontal passage early on the 21st with gusts in the Tehachapi Valley up to 40 knots at 1359 PST.
