A member of the public reported water and debris across highway 262 near the Mardon resort at the south end of Potholes Reservoir which is approximately 15 miles east of Royal City, WA.

A trof of low pressure sweeping around the edge of a low pressure system moving north along the Oregon and Washington Coast produced numerous thunderstorms that moved across Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.
